Presentation instructions

1) All MUST Week attendees are required to prepare a short presentation. Please let us know the title and summary of your contribution, via questionnaire linked below.

2) Also via questionnaire, tell us more about yourself so that we can tailor the program to your needs.

Please fill it in before May 31.

Short presentation

The possible topics are:

a) An example of a service design project from your library.

b) If you have no such project, present one of the issues or challenges your library is currently facing.

If you choose option a), your presentation should answer the following questions:

1) What was the initial issue or challenge you were facing?

2) Which methods did you use?

3) How did the process went?

4) What was the outcome?

5) What would you do differently if you were to start again?

One slide/screen for each question. You can use images, videos, anything you want. The presentation is scheduled for 7 minutes.

If you choose option b), your presentation should answer the following questions:

1) Describe the issue in a simple way.

2) Who is the most affected by the issue?

3) Have you tried to solve the issue? If you did, how? If you did not, why?

4) What is the desired solution for the issue?

One slide/screen for each question. You can use images, videos, anything you want.  The presentation is scheduled for 7 minutes.
